Ivory Tower: Technical
Ivory Tower is an Angel Sin City located in lower Domain, system of Akila, in the orbit of the lava planet Akila I. Sin Cities are Angel outposts hidden throughout known space, used for resupplying and R&R of their local taskforces as well as serving of local command centres. They vary in size and support facilities in classes from 1 to 5, Ivory Tower being a Class 3.
With a maximum height of 2100 m and maximum width of 1100 m, the Ivory Tower provides optimal habitation conditions for about 11000 visitors, serviced by 1000 staff, albeit this limit can be raised if required. The main source of power in the Tower is the central geothermal turbine, powered by the heat of the lava planet below; with a secondary fusion reactor being able to take over the whole grid on itself if required.
Ivory Tower features a mooring gantry to allow docking of larger ships, up to the size of a Machariel class battleship. It employs a number of passive and active defences, including but not limited to a mobile cyno and mobile scan inhibitor, making the Tower practically impossible to find without an established commlink. Active defences also include an Archangel defence taskforce ready to quickly intercept any unauthorized ships snooping around the area.

Ivory Tower: Services
Ivory Tower is split into several areas providing different services, from top to bottom: Penthouses, Habitation Area, Main Concourse, Docking Bay, Bazaar, Spas, Mediatheque, Pleasure Gardens, Floating Theatre and the Turbine Utility Area.
Penthouses - The top of the Tower houses the capsuleers running the show; personal suites of Stillwater members as well as any utilities that might require. Access to this part is limited to any unauthorized personell and security is tighter than a... [REDACTED]
Habitation Area - Housing the hotel suites of the Ivory Tower, this area has some public service spaces, like smaller squares, lobbies, restaurants and such. However, it is mostly just habitation suites of varying levels of comfort and luxury, depending on the guest's preferences... and the size of their wallet.
Main Concourse - The Main Concourse, alongside being the first thing attached to the Docking Bay houses a number of public service programmes - small shops, restaurants, clubs, bars and such that the visitors of the Tower might find interesting or enjoyable. Those looking for more specific goods or looking to buy in bulk choose the Bazaar instead.
Docking Bay - The area linked to the mooring gantry, the Docking Bay provides cargo storage and docking services, allowing immediate access to both the Main Concourse and the Bazaar. This is also where the infamous Pavilion is located, a place where the Angels meet their capsuleer guests.
Bazaar - The main trading location of the Ivory Tower, the Bazaar houses multiple levels with a spiral avenue, with different districts assigned to different types of merchandise. These aren't lacking as the steady Thukker supply makes Ivory Tower's Bazaar one of the most eclectic marketplaces in lower Domain.
Spas - Tower's Spas provide the main type of R&R to its residents and patrons, creating a network of bathhouses with all their assorted utilities.
Mediatheque - The Mediatheque houses a number of facilities used to keep one's mind, spirit and body sharp; as such it is split into the Shrines, providing religious spaces for those requiring them, the Library, housing a large number of datasheets on an array of relevant topics and the Dojo, a cluster of gyms and pools focused on physical training.
Pleasure Gardens - Housing multiple levels of varying climate, humidity, and such the Gardens allow a more secluded and basic leisure, one surrounded with different types of flora and fauna, all situated within the Pleasure Gardens' biodome.
Floating Theatre - Also known as the Teatro Marittimo, the amphitheatre at the bottom of the Tower varies in its programme, from bloodsport arena shows to sophisticated contemporary drama. Its name comes from the feature that the arena can change its effective height and be either dry or submerged in a pool of water beneath it.
Turbine Utility Area - Also known as 'the Turbine' or just 'Utility Area', this part houses the basic infrastructure that makes the rest of the Tower tick.
