Just finished a Diagnostic PT test (0630-0800). I'm not in too bad of shape. How do you start off your mornings? Cup of Coffee? Two mile run? Sleeping?

Hangover remedies... heh... I need to learn those. I went out drinking Saturday night and was hungover all Sunday. A PT test is an obnoxious physical fitness test that I am required to perform. 2 minutes of sit ups, 2 minutes of push-ups and a two mile run. Scores are determined by how many situps and push-ups you do, and by how fast you finish your two mile. The scores are out of 300 total from all 3 events. Minimum is 60pts in all events. So for my age group its like 40 push-ups, 57 or something sit-ups and a 15:50 2 mile minimum. Really easy. I think I scored somewhere around a 270 today, so I have some work to do. Just on my push-ups and run tho, sit-ups are easy. 84 situps in two minutes. 100pts are at I think 81, I lost count and kept going.
