Did some more drawing. Here is the stuff I've been doing the past couple of days. Copying a piece of art, but with it upside-down. It's supposed to help make it easier to see and draw what is actually there, rather than what you think you see. So, all these were drawn upside-down. I've flipped them over here so you can see the finished result.

Here is a shrimp update too. There are currently around 5 shrimp alive in the tank. We lost a few for unknown reasons over the weekend, dropping down to just 2. But they seem to be recovering. Here is the biggest. It's fast, so hard to get a clear picture through the microscope piece. It won't be too long now though until it's big enough to not need it. It's grown it's two adult eyes now!

In other news, GF and I got a new pet rat today. Her name is Nyx. (the rat's, not the gf's).

Yep, as drawn by Picasso. From reading around it appears to be a very common image used in teaching art.
Rats are amazing. A friend had a couple of them for several years. Very intelligent creatures!
